Dog Training Agreement

Before the trainer enters a home, all dogs must be guided safely to ensure the safety of the trainer and all other members of the household during the coach`s arrival. Do not let dogs with reactive, aggressive or anxious tendencies welcome the trainer to the door. During training, clients must disclose all anxious, aggressive or potentially uncertain details about their dog prior to the training registration. One Leg Up Canine Company and its representatives reserve the right to remove any dog from a program at any time. No hard handling method is allowed. The use of choke collars, electric collars and claw collars is absolutely not permitted. All bites or incidents due to lack of management or neglect remain the responsibility of the owner. The client specifically assumes the risk of damage, injury or death suffered by a person, minor, animal or property as a result of dog training provided by or on behalf of one Leg Up Canine Company and its representatives. One Leg Up Canine Company/Marilyn Aston is not responsible for third-party damage, natural presence, defective equipment or lack of maintenance.

You are invited to take out appropriate real estate or rental insurance. By booking your canine training appointment with One Leg Up Canine Company and its representatives, you agree to the following terms and conditions (in “The Customer”): cancellations made less than 24 hours before the end are considered a second-hand meeting. Customers must provide 24 hours for all cancellations in order to get a makeup session. The training packages purchased are not refundable. In the event of a medical emergency, a refund may be possible. An administrative fee of $30 is charged and a note from your veterinarian is required to obtain a credit. During the training sessions, an adult dog guide must be available per dog. Parents/caregivers take full responsibility for the participating minors and must be present at all stages of the training. People under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who does not care for a dog. The client ensures that his dog is healthy and up-to-date, on all vaccinations and preventive care required by his veterinarian and is not subjected to programs involving dogs that are sick or injured, or who are suspected in one way or another, sick or injured. Customers must immediately disclose any suspected illnesses, injuries or conditions to which their dog may be exposed or to which they have been exposed. This includes, but is not limited to, lethargy, diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, loss of appetite, fever or dehydration.

They compensate One Leg Up Canine Company and its representatives for any claims against us or any loss or damage of any kind caused by us, other customers or their pets as a result of One Leg Up Canine Company`s non-information on important behavioral characteristics, handling requirements or medical conditions. The customer will immediately notify One Leg Up Canine Company of any changes that will occur with the dog after check-in, whether it is a behavior, health or otherwise. The print name of the signature owner of the property date premises will not be considered reserved until after the payment has been completed. Space may be limited in some cases, and available places are occupied on a first-come-first-serve basis for payments received. The customer agrees to pay and compensate One Leg Up Caine Company, Marilyn Aston and any other party related to a service provided.
